Erik Delnoij, managing partner Navoniq​

Erik Delnoij brings two decades of industry leadership experience to Navoniq, where he specializes in strategy development and deployment, organizational transformations, and value uplifting through performance management and new business development.

Before joining Navoniq as managing partner, Erik held global leadership positions within the chemicals, high performance fibers and composites industries.

Erik has hands-on experience in manufacturing, marketing and sales, and general management, and has led numerous successful business transformation projects. He boasts a wealth of experience in post-merger integration, and in working in diverse business and national cultures.

He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has a passion for offshore sailing.
