Jurjan Klep is managing partner at Navoniq, where he supports global clients across different industries in unlocking growth and margin through strategic transformation, M&A integration, and commercial strategy, with a strong focus on the implementation phase and execution.
Before joining Navoniq, Jurjan held general management and commercial leadership roles in the global consumer goods sector. He has lived and worked across five countries on three continents and brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience, including six years at C-suite level. Jurjan has successfully led international business transformations, complex integrations and top and bottom line-driven commercial strategies across mature and growth markets.
He also serves on the board of Articulate IT, a Swedish tech scale-up focused on AI-driven pricing and quoting software.
Outside of work, Jurjan is passionate about golf and long-distance running, including several marathons.
